【摘要】:Thisstandarddealswithsafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofcommonaspectsofallkindsofagriculturalself-propelledride-onmachinesandmounted,semi-mountedortrailedmachines,withtheexclusionoftractors(asdefinedinarticle1(1)ofCouncilDirective74/150/EEC),agriculturalaircraftandaircushionvehicles.Theapplicationofthisstandardalonewillnotbesufficienttodealwithallthesignificantrisksformostmachines.AdditionalsafetyrequirementsanddeviationsaregivenintheCstandarddealingwithaspecificmachine.Thecombinedapplicationofthisstandardandthemachinespecificstandardwillgiverelevantrequirements,andwhereaCstandardexistsitsrequirementsanddeviationsshallprevailoverthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithharmfulsubstancessuchaschemicalsordust.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithmachineshavinganominalsupplyvoltagegreaterthan50V.Thestabilityofthemachineindynamicconditionisnotdealtwithinthisstandard.ThelistofsignificantcommonhazardsdealtwithinthisstandardisgiveninannexA.AnnexAalsoindicatesthehazardswhichhavenotbeendealtwith,orthathavebeenpartlydealtwith.Thisannexisalistofsignificanthazardsthathavebeenidentifiedascommontoself-propelled,mounted,semi-mountedandtrailedagriculturalmachines.AnumberofhazardsforaspecificmachinemaynothavebeendealtwithinthisannexA.Environmentalaspectshavenotbeenconsideredinthisstandard.Thisstandardappliesprimarilytomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofissueofthestandard.NOTEAgriculturalmachinerycantravelonpublicroads.Insuchcircumstancesadditionalspecificrules-notincorporatedinthisstandard-willapply.
