【摘要】:Ingeneral,thispartofIEC60730appliestoenergyregulatorsforusein,on,orinassociationwithequipmentforhouseholdandsimilaruse,includingenergyregulatorsforheating,airconditioningandsimilarapplications.Theequipmentmayuseelectricity,gas,oil,solidfuel,solarthermalenergy,etc.oracombinationthereof.Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimesandoperatingsequencewheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofautomaticelectricalenergyregulatordevicesusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment.ThisstandardisalsoapplicabletoenergyregulatorsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Throughoutthisstandardtheword“equipment”means“applianceandequipment”.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoautomaticelectricalenergyregulatorsdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletoindividualenergyregulatorsutilizedaspartofacontrolsystemorenergyregulatorswhicharemechanicallyintegralwithmulti-functionalcontrolshavingnon-electricaloutputs.Energyregulatorsforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthisstandard.SeealsoAnnexJ.1.1.4Replacement:Thisstandardappliestomanualenergyregulatorswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithautomaticcontrols.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanautomaticenergyregulatorarecontainedinIEC61058-1.1.2Replacement:Thisstandardappliestoenergyregulatorswitharatedvoltagenotexceeding690Vandwitharatedcurrentnotexceeding63A.1.3Notapplicable.1.4Replacement:Thisstandardappliesalsotoenergyregulatorsincorporatingelectronicdevices,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexH.ThisstandardappliesalsotoenergyregulatorsusingNTCorPTCthermistors,additionalrequirementsforwhicharecontainedinAnnexJ.
