【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61496specifiesgeneralrequirementsforthedesign,constructionandtestingofELECTRO—SENSITIVEPROTECTIVEEQUIPMENT(ESPE)forthesafeguardingofmachinerySpecialattentionisdirectedtofunctionalanddesignrequirementsthatensureanappropriatesafetyrelatedperformanceisachievedAnESPEmayincludeoptionalsafety-relatedfunctions,therequirementsforwhicharegiveninannexATheparticularrequirementsforspecifictypesofsensingfunctionaregiveninotherpartsofthisstandardThisstandarddoesnotspecifythedimensionsorconfigurationoftheDETECTIONZONEanditsdispositioninrelationtohazardsinanyparticularapplication,norwhatconstitutesahazardousstateofanymachineItisrestrictedtothefunctioningoftheESPEandhowitinterfaceswiththemachineThisstandardmayberelevanttoapplicationsotherthanthosefortheprotectionofpersons,forexamplefortheprotectionofmachineryorproductsfrOmmechanicaldamageInthoseapplicationsadditionalrequirementsmaybenecessary,forexamplewhenthematerialsthathavetoberecognizedbythesensingfunctionhavedifferentpropediesfromthoseofpersonsThisstandarddoesnotdealwithelectromagneticcompatibility(EMC)emissionrequirementsThispartofIEC61496providesgeneralrequirementsforESPESofvarioustypesemployingdifferentmethodsofsensingTheparticularrequirementsforspecifictypesofsensingfunctionwillbecoveredinsubsequentpartsofthisstanda~TherequirementsforESPESusingactiveopto—electricprotectivedevices,eglightcurtainsarecontainedinpart2Thispartreferstothetechnicalsuitabilityoftheelectro—sensitiveprotectiveequipmentItsapplicationmayrequiretheuseofsubstancesand／ortestproceduresthatcouldbeinjurioustohealthunlessadequateprecautionsweretakenConformancewiththisstandardinnowayabsolveseithertheSUPPLIERortheuserfmmstatutoryobligationsrelatingtothesafetyandhealthofpersonsduringtheuseoftheequipmentcoveredbythisstandard
