【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtoprovideastandardizedtestprocedureofprotectivematerialstoensurecomparableresultsamongmanufacturersandusers.ThistestmethodinvolvesmeasurementoftheattenuationofX-raysbyprotectiveclothingmaterialatanacceleratingpotential(kVp)between60and130kVp.Theseenergiesareconsideredtoberepresentativeofthosecommonlyusedduringmedicaldiagnosisandtreatment.ThereportingoftheattenuationataspecificX-rayenergyisintendedtoallowtheenduserorganizationtoassesstheattenuatingpropertiesoftheprotectiveclothingmaterialatthatenergylevel.1.1ThistestmethodestablishesproceduresformeasuringtheattenuationofX-raysbyprotectivematerialsatacceleratingpotentialsfrom60to130kVp.1.2ThistestmethodprovidesattenuationvaluesofprimarybeamX-radiation.1.3Thistestmethodappliestobothleadedandnon-leadedradiationprotectiveclothingmaterials.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
