【摘要】:本标准规定了在高温、高空气流量的极端条件诱导下油脂氧化稳定性的测定方法。本标准适用于未精炼的和精炼的动植物油脂。本标准不适用于常温下油脂稳定性的测定,但可用于比较添加到油脂中的抗氧化剂的抗氧化效率。注：挥发性脂肪酸及不稳定的酸性氧化产物的存在影响测量结果的准确性。
