【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardsetstheemissionlimitsfromthewholerailwaysystemincludingurbanvehiclesforuseincitystreets.Itdescribesthemeasurementmethodtoverifytheemissions,andgivesthecartographyvaluesofthefieldsmostfrequentlyencountered.ThelimitsrefertotheparticularmeasuringpointsdefinedinClause5andAnnexA.Theseemissionsshouldbeassumedtoexistatallpointsintheverticalplaneswhichare10mfromthecentrelinesoftheouterelectrifiedrailwaytracks,or10mfromthefenceofthesubstations.Also,thezonesaboveandbelowtherailwaymaybeaffectedbyelectromagneticemissionsandparticularcasesshallbeconsideredindividually.ThesespecificprovisionsaretobeusedinconjunctionwiththegeneralprovisionsinEN50121-1.ThispartofthestandardcoversEMCforfixedinstallationsandthereforeisnotrelevantforCEmarking.
